I recommend this service if your body is in pain (back, knee, hip, ect.) and you need relief. This combined session is also recommended to help you manage grief or trauma and release some of the pain you are holding onto in your mind and body.
What to expect when taking a Pilates & Intuitive Energy Healing session? This will include: Breath work, light movement on the reformer, awakening your center and balance of your body and mind.
Energy Healing will be done over your body while you are moving on the reformer. The treatment will be finished with bell sound, aroma oil, special chosen aroma body spray & white sage to clear your aura. If one does not like any of the smells we can skip this part.
